Say you’ll pay with Maya Miles
At a checkout counter with a Maya Terminal, tell the cashier that you would like to use your Maya Miles.

Tap your Maya Black Credit Card
After the cashier enters the total amount to pay, tap your card on the terminal.

Choose how many Maya Miles to use
If you choose to only pay a portion of the amount with your miles, the remaining amount will be paid using your credit card.

Where can I find the list of Maya Black Preferred brands?
You can find them anytime on the Maya app. Simply tap Cards, select Maya Black, then go to Deals. Maya Black Preferred brands will have a label indicating if they offer 2x, 5x, or 10x miles.

How do I make sure I get the bonus miles offered by Maya Black Preferred brands?
To earn your bonus miles, make sure to tap your Maya Black Credit Card on a Maya Terminal. You can ask the cashier attendant to use their Maya Terminal to be sure!
When will get my Maya Miles?
Once you make a payment with Maya Black, you should get a real-time notification of the miles you’ve earned from that transaction. These miles will be credited to your account as soon as the transaction has been successfully processed.
Can I earn bonus miles from online transactions?
For now, bonus miles from Maya Black Preferred brands can only be earned from in-store transactions made on a Maya Terminal. Stay tuned for more ways to earn bonus miles in the future!
